2024 Certco Academic Scholarships
Certco, Inc., a grocery distributor dedicated to helping independent grocery stores stay competitive,is pleased to announce the availability of two $2,000 scholarships.
Both high school seniors and current college students are eligible to apply.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Certco, Inc. is offering two scholarships for $2,000 each.
Eligibility:
- High school seniors who will be graduating either in December 2024 or June 2025 and will be attending an institution of higher education in 2024 AND Current full- or part-timeundergrad students at an institution of higher education such as colleges and tech schools.
- You have a parent, grandparent, or legal guardian who is an employee of Certco, Inc.
- If you applied in the past and were not awarded a scholarship, you are eligible to apply.
- Previous scholarship winners are not eligible
Application requirements:
- A high school or college transcript that includes the most recently completed semester.
- Completed, typed, and signed scholarship application
- Typed, double-spaced essay of 500 words or less.
Essay:
As noted above, your essay must be typed, double-spaced and contain a maximum of 500 words. The essay topic is as follows: Talk about a social issue or cause that is important to you and explain how you intend to contribute to positive change in that area.Please note: Applicants will be evaluated based on the quality and presentation of their applications (as outlined in the application requirements above).It is acceptable to have a parent or teacher review your essays and provide feedback.Return completed application, essay and transcript to: scholarships@certcoinc.com
