Capitol Centre Market, which is owned and operated by Mitch Eveland, has been expanding their store over the past several months. Their expansion has taken over the space next door formerly occupied by Dorn True Value. As work progressed, sections of the expansion having been opening. And today, Cap Centre’s new deli is officially open for business. It’s a 36-ft. long masterpiece featuring both hot and cold items. Capitol Centre Market is located in downtown Madison, Wisconsin, with easy parking and walking distance from many sites and attractions including the state capitol, Overture Center and State Street.
