Despite the rain, the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Verona Road project was well attended on Wednesday, October 2, 2019. Certco’s CEO Amy Niemetscheck and Director of Warehouse/Transportation Antonio Hernandez were there, as was Gov. Tony Evers and the mayors of Madison, Fitchburg, and Verona, among others. Antonio Hernandez was one of the featured speakers to the crowd of about 100 people. All six lanes of Verona Road will be open in November. Congrats to everyone involved!
